What We Need From You

What’s Not Included
Engineering, permit filing, 3D renderings, and interior design are not included in standard design fees.
However — we will coordinate with any engineers or professionals you hire and provide our drawing files free of charge when requested on your behalf.
When Does Design Start?
Once your agreement is signed, deposit is paid, and required information is received — we get to work!
